Warhammer 40K Chaos Daemons: Bloodletters

Here are some Warhammer 40K Chaos Daemons Khorne Bloodletters (oof).

I used them to learn and improve some technical skills: airbrushing, drybrushing, I played with different washes, tried some glazing… It was a lot of fun. 🙂

To lead my Bloodletters, here is a Bloodmaster:

I tried some technics on these Bloodletters:

• one is painted in the “classical way”: 2 coats of red base paint with a brush ==> with my Green Stuff World red paint, it did not cover well at all (overall I’m very happy with GSW paint & stuff, but this one was crappy).
• I “slapchoped” another one with some Vallejo contrast paint (Xpress whatever), with 2 coats it was passable.
• For the last one I went with a zenital highlight and contrast paint, I really liked it (now I’m very eager to receive and test my inks ^^).
