This week I wanted to paint something “yellow” for a monthly challenge at Duncan Rhodes Painting Academy.
I hesitated with a Marvel Wolverine but I could not find an affordable miniature. I though about painting a Ronald McDonald, but I’ll keep the clown idea for halloween.
I finally decided to go for a golden knight, with some ideas:
- put some yellow paint (contrast & normal one)
- put a lot of gold everywhere else 🙂
- and go for a lava based, even if it’s not really yellow right now (there’s some subtle tone in it…)
