This July was pretty hot, so the theme of the month in Duncan Rhodes’ Painting Academy was “warmth”. I decided to paint a fantasy miniature that looked like a gorgeous brazilian lady in a carnaval costume, on a beach.
I found exactly the right mini for that: Skaarlys, a dark elf from Raging Heroes.
I crafted a small beach, painted Skaarlys with a nice tan and brazilian colours, added a tortoise (just because I liked it), and voila!
